To welcome the cozy season, a seasonal restorative practice with Katie Caie.

Indulge in 90 minutes of deep rest and seasonal nourishment. Melt offers a slow & grounding evening. We'll begin with a slow flow low,
fluid movement before settling into a restorative sequence of supported shapes to soothe & release.

Expect all of the props, mellow sounds, and calming pranayama woven throughout. Come in your comfiest clothes and coziest layers;
